Cuts well but breaks easily

I was gifted this knife set for my bridal shower. My husband and I had guests over and someone dropped one of the steak knifes on the floor. The handle shattered and the knife can no longer be safely used. I'm very disappointed that my brand new knife set is already missing a knife because they break so easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an experienced cook and I often work with very expensive knifes; this block set is a perfect set without breaking the bank. The quality on this unit is definitely 10/10
I would recommend this to a friend!

These knives are not well made. We got them as a Christmas gift and they are so flimsy. I hate them and would not recommend.

Extremely disappointed, none of the knifes are sharp at all. My DULL 6 year old knifes are sharper, I have always loved your knifes but this set is horrible. These knifes was like this straight out of the box almost like they for got to sharpen them. I totally wish I had kept the box because they would go back and get a new set.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to share this with us. This experience is not typical. While we can't accept used items for return, we would encourage you to file a warranty claim for replacement consideration: https://www.zwilling.com/us/warranty.html

Incredible set of knives at an extraordinary deal.
Solution- Light weight, durable and sharp knives which are made to last!
I like the curved bolster which allows for full use and sharpening of the blade.
This is a well balanced knife. Classic three riveted handle is comfortable to hold.
Good looking block set which includes 6 steak knives!
I would recommend this to a friend!
