Very versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My partner and I cook almost every day and night. We needed a knife set to be able to accommodate how often we cook. I’ve researched different types of knives set with Henckels always being in the mix. We were so lucky to purchase this product at such an amazing price! We’ve used the knives for every type of meat you can think of; steaks, pork chops, chicken, liver and etc. they’ve worked very well for so far. It would cut through the meats easily. We make sure to dry them with a cloth after every wash so it doesn’t mess up the steel. The additional steak knives were necessary since we eat a lot of steak especially when we have family over.

Huge set for a low price

Excellent set of knives for everyday cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this block as a christmas present, and it’s been really solid so far. Stayed consistently sharp, and there’s a good variety of knife styles for various tasks. Personally I find the chef knife, long and short serrated knives, and santoku knife most useful — the others feel a little bit superfluous. Maybe that’s just me though, I’m used to using only one or two knives for everything. In my opinion, the only thing that would improve this set would be a little bit more weight on the larger knives, but I think that’s more up to personal preference than quality.
