Love my Staub 4qt Cocotte!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Staub 4qt is just the right weight and size to cook a meal for 1 or 2 people, and I felt that the graphite grey is a wonderful neutral color that won't stain easily. I followed the directions to season the cast iron and made my first pot of roasted chicken and vegetables. The meal was delicious. I'm so happy to finally own a quality Dutch oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Dutch oven so I can advance my bread baking. This is perfect for making loaves of bread. The graphite color is a nice warm neutral. Construction and materials are very solid.
