Finally purchased the perfect Dutch oven

I’ve been waiting a few years to purchase a Dutch oven and the one I liked on sale. Immediately made soup for dinner. Weight is perfect and love the cooking properties. This will complete our carbon steel & cooking pots/pans .

4qt Dutch Oven

I love love love Staub Dutch ovens! I have them in different sizes and colors. They perform well when cooking and are in my opinion the alpha of longevity cookware. It also looks nice setting on your stove. Very well made enamel cast iron. I’ve had other brands that chip quickly but none of the Staub pieces I have are chipped. Even the bakeware/casserole dishes still looks good after many years.
