So versatile and durable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the cocotte for everything. My only wish is that I have a bigger one. 4 qt is perfect for 2~3 meals or a small family. I've baked bread, made soup, made pasta sauce, braised meat, etc etc. The possibility is limitless with this thing.
