Love having a braiser with a glass lid. Easy to monitor what's going on without interrupting the cooking process. Cast iron enamel does not need seasoning, and really holds on to the heat. Can be used on top of stove as well as in the oven. Love serving from this pan, looks great and keeps food at the perfect temperature. This pan has it all.

I highly recommend this pan! It is great for simmering braising sautéing and it can go under the in the oven and even under the broiler. Well made/well crafted/well designed great quality.
