great prep set

This is the perfect set for everything. I use the paring knife for peeling and shaping. The santoku has a thin blade profile which makes it great for thin accurate slices and chopping. The forged German steel and Spanish construction make a superior blade that is very sharp, stays sharp for a long time and is easy to maintain.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Made in Spain, this is a great value set with quality. Everyone needs a pairing knife, and the santoku is a knife that can be used for so many things- slicing, dicing, chopping, etc. These knives are well balanced and have a comfortable handle.
