[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knife set arrived sharp. Quality. The 5” blade is slightly larger than stated on retailer’s website, and smaller than I was expecting based on their photo. Yet, I’m satisfied with my purchase. Henckels quality, made in Spain.

Santoku by Henkels simply the BEST

The Santoku is my favorite. I look forward to building my new set beginning with this one since I had to leave my collection behind when I was forced to move from the island of Guam to the USA.
