[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a set of Henckel knives I have been using for about 30 years. Have put them in dishwasher. They are still as sharp as the day I bought them.

Great steak knives!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] J. A. Henckels does it again. Consistent quality in every product that I have owned, including these steak knives. Having larger hands, some utensils can feel too small. Not a problem with the fat, riveted handles on these!

Very good first impression.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like how solid this serrated knife feels in my hand. End cap a bit heavy. Packaging shows straight blade with a fine edge - instead of serrated. Wife wanted serrated blade and I've learned not to argue. I'm a skeptic about small serrations that tend to tear through the meat, but will keep an open mind about these.
