Bought these as a replacement for my Classic Henkels Steak knives whose serrated edges were dull. This less expensive knives are inferior in every way to the Classic ones Parton the area of balance. I’m sharpened my old classic knives and they are working great. I’m going to give the new ones away.

Horrible steak knives

The steak knives tear meat with the serrated blade. I hare them. It is like a saw blade. Very cheap made in china. . The other knives are very good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

lousy knives

These are the WORST steak knives I have ever owned, they do not cut thru they shred thru. Bought a set with these, the rest are okay but these steak knives are a disgrace to the brand
