Well designed pan which easily can cook rice or broccoli to perfection with just a minimum of heat. I also own the blue ceramic energy pans and this is my third year where the ceramic seals are in place without chipping or wearing down. I use only silicone cooking utensils to prolong the life of this excellent cookware. Cleanup is a breeze especially if you use a blue pan safe scouring pad with barkeepers friend.

Adding the 3 qt saucepan to my kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was unable to pick up this 3qt saucepan last year after receiving the 1qt and 2qt saucepans and loving them. I couldn't be happier with these pans. They are heavy duty. They also clean up so easily. I've had no problems with the nonstick properties and purchased these pans to replace worn out out-dated nonstick pans in my kitchen.

Prettiest Pans and They Work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pans are pretty to look at as well as work great on my glass top range. They are solid pans with quality handles and lids. I pieced my set together. I was too cheap to buy a whole set at first since I have been so disappointed with other well named brands. I wished I would have just bought the set right from the start. The non-stick is great but you do need a little oil or butter. Clean up is easy. Every once in a while a little Bartender’s Secret help them look new again. I totally recommend them and will keep adding to my set.

Beautiful functional pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is much nicer than I thought. It’s a lovely size, not too big & has a nice, solid weight. I also like the 3 quart depth. My only complaint is that the lid tends to steam up so you can’t see the food you’re cooking. However, this only happened when I used the lid with another skillet of the same size. I’ve never had a glass lid do that with any other pan, so it was disappointing. Other than that, this is a great addition to my kitchen.
