Great product !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was trying to find a good product and spent hours to find something good. And I did! I love my saucepan. It is easy to clean and not sticking as Im using it to make not just soups but I also use it to cook buckweat and quinoa and it has been great experience. I love the lid because you can use as a drainer. Design is unique and it not heavy like other brands.

Solid, beautiful, functional, intelligent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I walked into a kitchen store to replace scorched, old Le Creuset Cobalt Blue saucepans and I didn't know much about other cookware brands, but I liked the way the Zwillings looked, felt, and were priced. I bought them first, then did some online research afterward, and then used them, and at each stage of learning became happier and happier with my purchase. I have the 1 and 3 quart saucepans, and find them to be functionally elegant, ergonomic, a pleasure to pour and strain from, and they heat, cook, and wash well. Plus I like that's it's not Le Creuset , the proverbial wedding gift, so a little bit of a brand experiment that turned out well.

Finally, with spout pot!

This 3qt. Saucepan is better for larger cooking needs. Great for cooking soups, rice and few other grains, stewing, braising, perfect broiling and browning, and deep frying is effortless. Its flat bottom shape stirring and mixing food is much, easier to move around spatula and spoons, easy reach corner smoothly.
One of the coolest thing about this new Zwilling Clad CFX XTREME Ceraforce ceramic nonstick pot features no-spill/dripless pouring.
This pot is exceptional ceramic nonstick, it is PTFE & PFOA FREE, no harmful chemical, it is easier to cook with and far more durable. Cooking is better, it is more durable than any other ceramic nonstick coating.
Clad construction with aluminum core heats up evenly and quickly, base stays flat even when heated and will not warp. This pot handle is comfortable, allows for easy maneuvering and roomy stay cool handle. Safe to use with metal utensils, 10x more scratch resistant and more durable however wood and silicone tip spatula and spoon is recommended.

perfect pot

the high sides and straining lid make this a winner for us! We use this pot daily for pasta, soups and vegetable dishes. The staining lid is great for steamed vegetables. Boil your shrimp in this pot for shrimp cocktail! We love it!! We use!! It's a fantastic pot! Fantastic look and feel!

A fantastic improvement of 3x more durable ceramic coating. Also the addition of the straining lid is another great feature. Like that you can use metal utensils in this nonstick cookware set.

CFX is one of the newest, longest lasting ceramic non-stick surfaces on the market today. Applied to an excellent tri-ply stainless steel 6qt pot it is a winner. The pour spouts and strainer lid are a nice addition for straining pasta and potatoes. The spouts also keep food from dripping onto the outside of the pan. Stay cool handles finish the look.
