This pan is perfect! Easy to clean by hand, no sticking and looks like new with each use. I wash by hand the stainless stays shiny. The lid with drain holes is a game changer. Awesome pot!

Well designed pan which easily can cook rice or broccoli to perfection with just a minimum of heat. I also own the blue ceramic energy pans and this is my third year where the ceramic seals are in place without chipping or wearing down. I use only silicone cooking utensils to prolong the life of this excellent cookware. Cleanup is a breeze especially if you use a blue pan safe scouring pad with barkeepers friend.
