I really like my Clad CFX sauce pan. No more sauce sticking to the pot when I need to low simmer for a long time.

A solid pan that conducts heat beautifully. It is perfect for anything from simple boiled eggs to a thick from scratch caramel. I scalded milk yesterday for a recipe and it was a breeze to clean the pan. It’s heavy so good body mechanics a must — making it a safer pan to use actually. I love it — I can pretty much toss similar sized pans out of my kitchen and use this exclusively.
