[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the pour spout and it’s very easy to clean. Subtracted one start because the part of the handle closest to the pan heats up a bit - but now that I know that will adjust!

My new favorite saucier

The pan is wide , so much good surface for making a roux, and perfect sauces. I love the weight of the pan, feels professional and the nonstick surface so smooth. The instructions are use a medium heat and it heats very evenly and fast.
