Oatmeal anyone? This perfect little cooker will warm your soups, stews and veggies, and makes rice and couscous very moist from the spikes on the lid! They heat evenly and thoroughly. And the colors are rich and intense w/ a glossy finish!

This pot was recommended to me to use for overnight oatmeal. It works perfectly! the oats soak so nicely then just turn on the heat in the morning...ready to go. Something about using cast iron gives the oatmeal so much rich flavor while maintaining the texture. Hubby gets excited every time he sees the pot he expects there is oatmeal coming.

This pot is very cute, but it also is super functional because the lid has the same "nike swooshes" that the larger Staub pots have so that it is also self-basting to make everything better.

This French oven cooks grains perfectly. It has self-basting Chistera spikes on the interior of the lid which collect and return all moisture back into dish - the food stays moist. The heat capability of the pan is amazing - heats up quickly and evenly, also stays hot for hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve heard about staub very long time. I own couple of Le Creuset but start to pilling off the bottom. So I decided to get a replacement one. I really love Staub has more size options. And no need to worry about what the kind of kitchen tools I use. I'm thinking about getting a couple more this holiday. Staub makes me want more cooking!!

The product is very easy to clean. It looks beautiful on my stove. I love my quality investment and plan to buy more Staub products.
