Great knife set

It looks great on the countertop and it has all of the knives needed for everyday use. They are very sharp and it also has a self sharpening built into the wooden block saving you the hassle to sharpen yourself. Good investment!

Sharp knives. Poor design and quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Review as part of a free gift. These knives arrived sharp out of the box. Hubby accidentally cut himself pulling them out of the cardboard.
The design is flawed and really bothers me. I wish I had purchased a different set. For the price, I was expecting much better quality. Scratches already out of the box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a sorted past with knives, recommendations, and absolute frustration a friends and families houses. I’ve always prided myself on keeping my knives in tip top shape, but when helping friends cook, Gos help me. I researched thoroughly before adding this set to my wedding registry. For the price this set is dynamite. I always expect new knives to be sharp but compared to my other sharpened blade the feel, the balance, the weight of these knives is in a whole other league. This is the best knife set I’ve ever owned. I want to buy these for all of my friends and family. Additionally, the fact that the block is self sharpening is tremendous! Seriously this gift has brought more joy to my heart than anything else received. There is nothing else in the world like an amazing high quality knife set.
