These are the only prep knives that are ever needed! One is serrated, one is not, to cover any prep needs in the kitchen!

These are great all-around knives that will perform about any task in the kitchen! Behind the Chef knife, this is my next go-to knife for so many purposes and will cut, slice, peel & chop anything! No kitchen should be without one or both. The set, including the fine-edge & serrated, are near miracle-workers!

Sometimes you just want to reach for the perfect sized prep knife and this set fills that bill perfectly with both a fine edge and a serrated. You are getting the finest quality steel that retains its sharpness with the comfort of the curved bolster and perfectly weighted handle. My 5.5" prep is my favorite knife behind my 8" chef.

Although there are other knives in the world, if you only have room for 2 these are the 2! This size is perfect for prep and light cooking. having a serrated and regular in the same size is great. We eat out a lot so we don't need a big set, but we do prep lunches and do some light cooking at home. This is all I need, the serrated cuts tomatoes and bread nicely and the other knife does pretty much everything else

I love these knives!

I use these knives every day to cut up apples for my kids and love that I don't have to pull out a larger knife, like my chef's knife, for smaller fruits and vegetables. I also love how I don't hit my knuckles like I do if I use a paring knife.

Got these 2 to compliment 7 pc set purchased previously. They quickly became go-to knives for smaller jobs. Must try serrated one...it's fantastic.
