Bought the Zwilling Pro 2-pc Prep knives because they are wonderful knives. I already owned a Zwilling Pro Chef knife that is fantastic. The Zwilling Pro knives are well balanced and have an ergonomic handle that is wonderful. It goes without saying that the blades are fantastic. They cut through meats, vegetables, and fruits with ease. If you're ready to invest in great knives, try the Zwilling Pro knives. They are terrific. I use mine daily!

The Perfect Prep set

I love the length of these knife blades at 5 1/2". If I need something bigger than a parer, but smaller than a Chef's, this is my go to blade. The fine edge can chop all of the ingredients for a salad, and the serrated blade has almost replaced my bread knife at home because it is so easy to use. The curved bolster prompts you to pinch grip and hold the knife properly. These knives are so comfortable and well balanced. I love that they have an exposed full tang and traditional 3 riveted handle design.

Easy on the Prep

This is a perfect little set. Takes care of all the every day jobs. Slicing a banana for cereal. Making a sandwich. Cutting vegs for lunch. These two prep knives are no muss-no fuss.
And they come with the quality of the Pro line. The steel will hold up for a lifetime. The innovative angled bolster is easy to grip, keeping the thumb and forefinger in the correct position for maximum control.
Cannot go wrong with these knives.

Perfect prepping

These two knives just simplified my kitchen. The Pro design makes sure I'm holding the knife correctly which makes chopping easy. I have one knife for the fine chopping like my onions and the serrated for the "trickier" vegetables and fruits like tomatoes and oranges. Because it's made in Germany, I know I'm getting the very best and it's going to last a lifetime.

The size of these knives is perfect for my wife's use in prepping fruits and vegetables. The weight is nice and the blades keep an edge. They are easily honed with a steel to like new sharpness. The only negative would be in the shipping package. The knives were in a store display pack that was placed in a larger shipping box. The knives were not well retained in their display box and the display box was not retained in the shipping box, so both knives came loose and were contacting each other during shipping. Fortunately the blades were not damaged.

great addition to my collection

I have been a big fan of Zwilling for years and especially the Pro line. The curved bolster really makes a difference in how I hold my knives and the quality of the steel and process is evident in all pieces. I recently added these two bad boys to my collection. My hands are on the larger size so a pairing knife looks like a toy in my paws. These prep knives are the perfect size. I like how i get both a fine edge and a serrated option to meet all my needs.
