Chef Matt took the time to teach us everything from knife safety basics to explaining which knife was ideal for each situation that we were planning to use them for. The education provided made us confident in our purchase an excited to get cooking! These knives are exceptional, comfortable, and durable. We couldn’t be happier with our purchasing experience.
