Best prep knives

Perfect pair to complete my block set

This was a great value of two knives for roughly the same cost as one and they are very useful and versatile blades. The quality is equally as impressive as the other knives in my original block set. All are forged, full tang, and razor sharp. A nice set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first set of knives was from Henckels and they were a great starter set but I felt that I needed to upgrade. I'm not a big cook but I do like sharp knives and my old ones just didn't stay sharp for very long. These Pro knives slice through anything like butter. And they are so light! I have small hands, these are perfect for me, not bulky, not heavy and you can see the quality. I'm so glad I decided to buy these. Now I want to replace all of my old knives!
