Really nice 2 piece set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 5.5 inch set is really nice. I like the bolster on the Pro knives, it makes holding the knife quite natural. The length is good for smaller to medium size food prep. I’m not much of a fan of paring knives so this is ideal. They both are very sharp and the serrated edge makes quick work of tomatoes.

Marvelous utility and balance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This prep knife pair is remarkably functional. I have very large hands and the balance feels almost like a paring knife for me. The strength of the steel allows me to de-bone with them as well.
