Staub pots are some of the best. Even cooking, really holds the moisture, and easy to clean. they check all the boxes really. Made no-knead bread in mine for the first time recently. So good and so easy. Worth every penny.

No Knead Bread

I purchased this item to bake No Knead Bread, because I thought the finish was more durable and would withstand the high temperature needed. The pan was just what I needed. The knob on the lid is metal and can withstand the 500 degree temperture the pan needs to be used at. The dark interior makes for a crispy, evenly browned bread that rivals the expensive bakery breads. Thrilled with my purchase the pan has everyhting I was looking for!
