Just the Right Size

This little 4 quart dutch oven is a powerhouse! Small enough to cook my rice and grains just right and large enough to cook a 1/2 pound of beans or a pot of marinara.

Love this cocotte!

I absolutely love this Staub cocotte and will be purchasing a 7 or 9 quart to add to my collection to accommodate larger dishes when we are having dinners with our large extended family. I have made soups, stews, braised beef, cabbage, and all sorts of other dishes. They always cook evenly with the perfect amount of moisture. I have several other Staub kitchen items and am a big fan! Beautiful and high quality!
