My New Best Cooking Friend

I've been using it at least every other day and it has inspired me to cook more and try new things. It cooks evenly, food is nice and hot, and is just the right size. My latest success is homemade bread, and I love making vegetables, too -- so quick and tasty.

Perfect for making soup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this item for several reasons. Firstly, because of the color, it is less likely to be stained. I have some Staub cocotte but the stain is always a problem. I don't need to worry when I use this pot. Secondly, the size is just perfect. I want a big pot but not really huge since huge cast iron pots are too heavy. This cocotte is big enough but not really heavy.

Love this cocotte

With the possible exception of our collection of vintage cast iron made in the US decades ago, this is, without a doubt, the best piece of cookware we own. Love the brand. Plan to purchase a few more pieces. Pricey, but definitely worth every penny!
