This is a great, very sturdy cast iron dutch oven. Came just in time to make a big pot of chicken and rice soup. Soup came out great and kept well in the fridge for reheating. Looking forward to trying some stews and breads in this soon!

Very pleased with the performance of the cast icon cookware. The finish makes it extremely easy to clean even after baked on foods. Consistant cooking tempatures inside, all within a few degrees on cooked items using ThremoWorks Mk4.

I feel great when I cook with my cocotte. 4qt is perfect size for 2-4 people. Can’t wait to get another one in different size.
