We bought both the 12" and 8" pans with this new CFX coating. They are better and heavier pans than the prior ceramic nonstick models we owned. The surface is miraculously easy to clean and cooks beautifully.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This a wonderful skillet. The ceramic non- stick coating is far superior to any coating I’ve ever experienced. It’s become one of my prized possessions.
Fortunately, I have the lid from my old Zwilling skillet of the same size. Without the lid, it would drop off my list of prize possessions.
Please seriously consider making a 12” lid available.

Non stick coating is no longer working after 5 months. So disappointing.
