Great Non-stick (except for pot stickers!)

We bought the 10" and 12" skillets and the 5 qt saute pan and really love they way they cook on our induction cook top. But we have had problems with Ling Ling pot stickers - they stick! We found that the solution was to 're-new' the CFX cooking surface - we use a bit of Cerama Brite (the cleaner that came with the cook top) which contains feldspar (a mineral with a hardness of 6) which won't scratch the ceramic (hardness of 7) but will remove the microscopic layer of organic stuff that builds up on the pan surface. We then wash off the cleaner with dish soap and the pan surface looks just like new - and the pot stickers didn't stick! Nor do eggs or anything else. So, if you are losing the non-stick quality of these great pans, give Cerama Brite a try. You'll be pleased with the result.

Outstanding Non-stick Skillet. At a Great Price.

Finally. Really good, long lasting and affordable non-stick cookware. This CFX line is a great surprise. It doesn't stick and it cooks like regular cookware - browning, caramelizing, taking higher heat and holding steady at lower heat. Plus it is ceramic, considered 'all natural', and created to last - years not months. The 3-ply construction makes the CFX comparable to higher quality pots and pans. This is the line to embrace for healthy low fat cooking and for easy convenient clean-up. Whichever is your priority, you will love this skillet. I loved testing it. Great for frying an egg, pan searing fish, caramelizing onions. Made hamburgers and hot dogs like a stainless steel skillet. Super easy clean up. Residual food wiped out easily.

The new CFX ceramic non-stick coating is longer lasting, more durable and chemical free.
This tri-ply pan is completely clad with an interior layer of hygienic 18/10 stainless steel, an inner core of aluminum and an exterior layer of 18/0 stainless steel for induction capability. The stay cool handles and ease of care make this pan a great addition to any kitchen.

Greenest and Healthiest Cookware

This 12" fry pan checks off all of the boxes. It is constructed from a thick aluminum that heats up quickly and evenly. The non stick coating is the next generation of ceramic coatings, much more tolerant of high heat and the dishwasher. It is the greenest and healthiest non stick cookware available as well as being very durable. The handle is solid construction, comfortable to hold and has a v-shaped connection to the pan which helps disperse heat. And it's induction compatible!

This is one of my most reached for pans. The ceramic nonstick is amazing...you practically can clean it up with just a paper towel when you're done cooking in it. The handle is stay cool, the rims are drip resistant, it's oven safe and the nonstick coating is metal utensil safe. What more can I say...it's a perfect pan!

My pan already has a scratch despite be using only silicone/non-metal tools, and hand washing with a non-scratching sponge. I’ve only used it a few times.

I would love to recommend this, but after a dozen or so uses, it lost it's non-stick qualities. This was surprising since it came recommended by Consumer Reports

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Frying pan is well made, looks nice, and works well on induction. I had purchased a more expensive pan and it didn’t even sit flat so I returned it for this one. Glad I did.
