[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the looks of my Zwilling Clad CFX 12" skillet, but mainly I'm impressed with the quality, the ease of use, and durability!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had this for about a week and been using it everyday since. I’m in love! Easy clean and everything slides out super easy with a little EVOO. I’m getting rid of my other pans. This is my new go to favorite pans!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great pan, heats up evenly and Sears food nicely. This is our first nice pan and we are very happy with the purchase. Tip: try not to tap against the pan rim when you cook to help protect the coating.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that ceramic is a healthier non-stick option. This pan is attractive and does its job well. It cleans easily.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So excited to start using our new 12” ceramic pan. It’s heavy, beautiful and dishwasher safe. Checks all the boxes for our fam. Grazie mille for your fine product :)
My pan already has a scratch despite be using only silicone/non-metal tools, and hand washing with a non-scratching sponge. I’ve only used it a few times.
We bought the 10" and 12" skillets and the 5 qt saute pan and really love they way they cook on our induction cook top. But we have had problems with Ling Ling pot stickers - they stick! We found that the solution was to 're-new' the CFX cooking surface - we use a bit of Cerama Brite (the cleaner that came with the cook top) which contains feldspar (a mineral with a hardness of 6) which won't scratch the ceramic (hardness of 7) but will remove the microscopic layer of organic stuff that builds up on the pan surface. We then wash off the cleaner with dish soap and the pan surface looks just like new - and the pot stickers didn't stick! Nor do eggs or anything else. So, if you are losing the non-stick quality of these great pans, give Cerama Brite a try. You'll be pleased with the result.
