This Clad CFX ceramic nonstick is PTFE & PFOA FREE, no harmful chemical, it is easier to cook with and far more durable, the best ceramic non-stick in the market. It's an excellent frying pan cooking from breakfast to family dinner. Its nonstick coating is excellent for the omelette, frying eggs and tofu, scrambled eggs, crepes, and pancakes. This ceramic pan is great sauteing food, browning meat, broiling, and searing, an excellent non-stick pan-frying fish. Flipping and turning is effortless with this pan.
I've had a variety of stainless steel nonstick ceramic coated pans, now I owned this new revolutionary CFX ceramic nonstick, it's the new favorite in my kitchen.
Sturdy 3mm clad construction with aluminum core heats up evenly and quickly, so there is no need to blast the fire, non-stick features works better for medium to high heat or low to medium.
The base stays flat even when heated and will not warp. This pot handle is comfortable, allows for easy maneuvering and roomy stay cool handle.
Safe to use with metal utensils, 10x more scratch resistant and more durable however wood and silicone kitchen tools is recommended. However, the keyword is “resistant” so with enough force, anything can cause scratches. Therefore, wood and silicone kitchen tools are recommended. It is easy to clean; just soak with water and soap and use a sponge to remove food residue. Cleaning is a breeze!!!
Personally I liked handwashing my pots and pans most importantly non-stick pan. An unbeatable deal for a well-mande and reasonably priced product!

This is a top quality product. Fir and finish are 1st rate. I like the heft of the pan. It heats with perfect evenness. Pancakes brown evenly all across the surface and flip over with ease.

Wide bottom slip and slide nonstick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this fry pan has a wide flat bottom. Other 12-inch pans that I have are a smaller bottom and then widen out at the top to 12 inches. A little heavier than an aluminum pan but I can handle it. Speaking of handling, I like that the handle is no so long that it gets in my way like some other pans that I have had in the past.
