Nice large nonstick stainless steel fry pan

This is a great fry pan. An upgraded version of the Spirit collection, the Zwilling Clad CFX has a much more durable ceramic nonstick that will last much longer and is more durable. I use this a lot for skillet dinner recipes, sauteing, pan-searing foods. The tri-ply construction of this fry pan is really well made, it’s not going to be prone to warping or having hot spots in the pan. It heats up really well and retains the heat. I like the functionality of the Clad CFX, it’s combining the best of both stainless and nonstick cookware: durability, heat retention, healthy cooking and easy cleaning.

I ordered this pan (and several others in the line) because it is completely chemical free cookware. The non stick coating, Ceraforce XTREME, lasts 50% longer and is 3x more durable than Zwilling's previous ceramic line. You can even use metal in them.
Heats up evenly so no hot spots and can go in the oven up to 400F. This pan does it all.

I LOVE this new ceramic nonstick from Zwilling! I have never cooked with a better pan than this Clad CFX one. For me, it is the perfect weight though for others, the stainless steel construction may make it a little heavy. But what truly matters is the interior nonstick surface that has changed the way I cook for the better. No more fussing to get eggs off in the sink, or blueberry/chocolate stains from pancakes. Everything glides right off of this super durable nonstick surface and therefore makes clean up easier than ever before.

Best pan I've ever purchased

I was skeptical at first with how expensive these pans were but we kept going through regular nonstick pans because they would eventually start to stick after 6 - 12 months of use. We purchased both the 12" fry pan and the 5 quart 11" Sautee pan with lid and absolutely nothing sticks to them. So far I've cooked fish, chicken, steak, sauces, and glazes in this pan and with soap, water, and a soft sponge the pan has come completely clean every time. I've only had the pans for about a month now so I can't say anything about how the ceramic lasts over time but from other reviews I do not expect to have any issues with either of these pans.

This is my go to pan for every day use. I use it for frying and sauteing. this is a high end pan with exceptional heating and heat retention. the non stick is a cool blue that is extremely durable. Perfect weight and balance to this pan.

Quality ceramic cookware!

The ceramic non-stick does not contain harmful chemicals so I like to think of it as organic. It is so slick. I'm constantly amazed at how good the non-stick is. The thick core allows you to cook quickly and evenly on medium heat. We do not use metal utensils even though it is supposedly metal safe. It's just a habit we have gotten into. The fry pan looks as good as the day it arrived.

Eco-Friendly Non-Stick

Ceramic non-stick without the concerns of traditional non-stick surfaces. Extremely easy release of eggs and omelettes. Quick and even heating for perfect frying, browning, and braising. Easy clean up and dishwasher safe.

This newly designed CFX nonstick 12" pan has some wonderful upgrades. It is 3x stronger and like that it's Cermamic and Stainless Steel, so great to saute and frying. Cleans easily and cooks even better.
