[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color is beautiful and the finish is flawless. If this has imperfections I sure can’t detect them. Large enough for a spatchcock chicken and deep enough to capture all the yummy juices. Rice, quinoa, roasted vegetables, short ribs, this braiser does it all. Absolutely too gorgeous to put in a cabinet. It has a prime spot on my gas cooktop and is the focal point of the kitchen. I underestimated the difference good cookware makes in the outcome

I am extremely happy with the Staub braiser! It is excellent quality and delivers top notch performance. The glass lid is another big plus as it allows larger food items to be covered with no issues.
