Beautiful Every Day Pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an absolutely gorgeous brasier. I love the glass lid so I can keep an eye on my food without letting heat escape by lifting the lid. I've used it to braise and bake pork tenderloin and to simmer bolognese sauce and it was a joy to use. Clean up was a breeze. I'm super happy with my purchase!

Love this braiser sauce pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how it gives even cooking. It retains heat long enough its amazing. I am surprised how the glass lid is so light yet durable. The only disappointment I have is why a white substance after washing is visible. I wonder if it will go away or is there a diff way to wash it because I followed exactly the instructions on how to wash it at Zwilling website. other than that, I am very happy with this product!

Braise a glass to Staub

Versatile piece. Great for browning, searing, frying and of course braising. The galss lid allows you to see what's going on inside. Plus it makes the piece lighter than a similar Staub piece with a cast iron lid. The cherry color makes me smile.

Add this pop of cherry color to your kitchen and watch what's going on in your pretty braiser! Get the benefits of the signature Staub cast iron interior while being able to monitor your cooking food through the domed glass lid, without losing any heat by not lifting it! Great for browning and searing, the interior coating is ideal for braising on the stove and in the oven.

A great feature that Staub has is the black matte enamel interior which doesn't require seasoning like some cast iron pieces. The black matte interior is also superior for browning which you definitely want in a braiser . This braiser is perfect for searing, simmering and sauteing in addition to braising meats. This pot is beautiful from stove to table.
