Beautiful and sharp, a deadly combination

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks so beautiful and elegant. And it slices even more amazing. My first test was cutting an onion. Needles to say it was effortless AND I cried far less because it's super sharp. A++

Best Santoku Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife so far has surpassed my expectations. The grip first of all is so nice and the birchwood design is so unique (literally each knife has its own marbling). The sharpness is just amazing. I’ve used this for months now and the knife is still super sharp without sharpening at all. I also recently bought a 1000 sharpening stone to sharpen it but super glad that I haven’t needed to use it yet.

Unbelievable smooth cutting experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is by far my most important kitchen tool, it slices so smooth I barely feel the movement, the handle is lightweight reliving fatigue I had once experienced with previous products. Great for big jobs with small hands
