A must have knife

The blade is extremely sharp. It is well balanced and comfortable to hold. The finish is beautiful and flawless. Hard to put into words the way it just feels right in your hand. Even after lots of use it holds an edge better than any other knife I have.

Excellent balance and comfortable in the hand. Edge is razor sharp and retains sharpness nicely. Sharpening these blades properly is a challenge, but the challenge is worth it—just be careful not to damage the edge. Obviously, these are beautiful pieces of craftsmanship. grazie mille Miyabi

Love how light and versatile this knife is. Great for a variety of uses in the kitchen, extremely sharp, and the bamboo handle is not only stunning but so lightweight.
