Best knife I’ve ever owned!

Love my new Miyabi

Looking back at the last year, I realized how far I came with my cooking so I decided to upgrade my santoku and wow I’m so pleased with this knife. Beautifully made and slices perfectly. Can’t wait to get into heftier cooking endeavors to really show it off.

Everything about this knife has been amazing from the presentation opening of the box to the first slice. The metal work is amazing and the edge is beyond sharp. I look forward to seeing how they perform in 10 years. Out of all of my Miyabi Birchwoods this one is my favorite.
