This pan is pretty much perfect and the color is beautiful! I love the cherry. Additionally, this pan can do anything you want it to. Frying? No problem. Steaming? Got it. Grilling? Sure. Wok? Of course. Love this pan!

love the shape of the pan for stir fry! It holds the heat so that whenever I add food or liquid It doesn't lose temperature. perfect for doing batches of food at a time

I use this pan for so many things and it is one of my go-to pan because it is so versatile. I like the rack that comes with it for draining doughnuts when I deep fry in the pan, or holding hamburgers to warm and let cheese melt. The glass lid lets me keep an eye on everything too and also seals in moisture. So many uses!

This pan is so versatile. It can be used to stir fry, make soup, steam, deep fry. I purchased it to use to make cioppino at Christmas time, it has a great depth for cooking the fish stew, I can even get a full crab in it along with all the other shellfish. The heat capability of the pan is amazing - heats up quickly, evenly and retains heat for hours, perfect for a holiday meal. And the red color - PERFECT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An amazing pan to cook in. The cast iron surface makes it easy to handle dishes whether it be soups or something fried. The ease of cleaning and care is definitely a highlight. And knowing that this will last me a lifetime is the best thing.

this is pan lives up to its perfect name! I love it so much and it does everything you need. It took a few attempts to learn with cook with it to learn how things stick and don't and how much oil is needed - but now that I have figured it out I love it.
