Truly Amazing Pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pan. It is my go to for most things. It is constructed of high quality cast iron and the finish is just breathtaking. It is such a pop of color. The pan cooks amazingly and easy clean up.

Great gift

I liked mine so much, I gave my mom one. I purchased her the cherry to match her kitchen. She likes the glass lid so she can see what's going on inside. She said the enameled cast iron is so much easier to clean than her traditional cast iron.

Many Uses with this Pan

This pan tackles any cooking task. It's also a great serving piece. I've used it to make stir fry, casserole type dishes, browned beef to make stew. It's great! Make everything in one pan and serve from it...not a lot of pots, pans and dishes to clean.

I use this beautiful pop of color to boil my pasta all the time and for any one-pot recipes in my repertoire. It's great for deep frying as well! It may look like a wok but it can be used for so many different dishes.

My new Favorite Everyday Pan!

I use this pan all the time. I have retired my old Wok and replaced it with this pan!! Not only good for high temp cooking, you can put this pan in a high temp oven if you want.
The rack attachment is perfect for separating and timing of ingredients.. All time favorite!!

Really is a Perfect Pan

Everyone should have this in their kitchen. Love it for browning and cooking. I will sometime cook vegetables in it then set on the rack, while I cook shrimp. Glass Cover is another great feature.

A perfect cast iron size for everyday use!

The mini wok are so cute and adorable, the 6qt. wok are great size but these 4.5qt. makes it so versatile and perfect little things to add in your collections. I love the fact that it has flatter bottom for maximize heat contact for all stove top surfaces.
