Everything you need!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set comes with everything you need compacted in a nice small block that takes up minimal counter space. The only knife I’d like to see included is a bread knife but everything else is all you need! Cannot wait to start cooking with these. The blades look so sharp and will glide right through anything.

Saved Xmas dinner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was preparing Xmas dinner for the extended family when the eldest cousin dropped my chef’s knife onto the tile floor and broke the blade. It was an old, inexpensive knife, but necessary to finish making dinner. My father-in-law announced that I needed to open one of my gifts early, and thus knife set was inside! The rest of prep and dinner came together much faster with much sharper and better able blades. Excellently helpful!

This is a great set for anyone moving from stamped knives to forged knives. Zwilling has a wide selection of forged knives made from high quality German engineered steels. This handsome set of knives, although not manufactured in Germany, are made to very exacting standards. The fine edge stainless steel blades can take and hold an edge ensuring years and years of enjoyable use. Hone them regularly. The sculpted handle of Forged Premio knives fits most hands. The full tang blade runs through the integrated bolster and triple riveted handle for maximum stability and durability.
Dishwasher safe, but I always hand wash my knives. I like them to look new and dishwashing detergents are very hard on knives.
