[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These a beautiful and very sharp knives. I was concerned about going with a smaller knife set but this has everything I need! Dishwasher safe but I love them so much I hand wash and dry after every use.

Like Christmas morning

Tested out the santoku, chef, and serrated knives for a steak dinner with sourdough and chopped veggies. Phenomenal! Each cut felt like I was cutting melted butter: they glide perfectly. The feeling of the knives in your hand aren’t too heavy, and the blades came in perfect condition

I gave this set to a friend who had a daughter moving away from home for the first time. German steel and riveted handle, so it is going to stand up to that learning curve of getting familiar with using a good knife. I picked this block for the knives that are included, knowing that whatever job tasked with, there is a knife in this block to do it
