[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly rated chef knife with honing steel, serrated utility knife, santoku, paring knife, and scissors, with room in the block for one more. Lovely on the counter, extremely sharp, and very well balanced. I love them!

excellent price for a forged set

Henckels has a nice forged set here. You get an 8" chef and a 5" santoku, both great for chopping. The footprint of the block is a little smaller so it doesn't take up as much valuable counter space.

Beautiful set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the knife set! The wooden block has an extra slot which is perfect for my bread knife. Also love having the sharpening steel with directions on how to use it properly. Decided to upgrade from my old inexpensive knives. I plan to hand wash them since the heat from dishwashers seem to destroy knives. Can't wait to start using them!

Major upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had this set for about a week and I am really enjoying it. It is a total upgrade over my old Cuisinart set. Wish there was a bigger knife but I love that there is an extra slot for expansion when I get one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Forged Premio line of knives have robust handles that fit larger sized hands, yet are perfectly balanced so even my small hands can handle them with ease.
The block set was well thought out, and included a good variety of knives but left extra slots so you could customize with additional knives. The footprint of this block doesn't overwhelm the counter. A++!

Best Knife Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this set because it includes the essential knives for cooking in a more compact block. I specifically wanted the 4” paring and 5” vs 7” santuko knives. I had been using a henkles international 4” knife for many years as one of my go to knives so was familiar with the brand and feel of the knife but wanted something a little higher quality so selected the Forged Premio. I absolutely love the 5” santuko knife. It is the perfect size for my small hands. I plan to buy a separate set of steak knives to keep in the drawer as they are not used as often.
