[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good variety of pieces, each has a good balance and weight. The Chefs knife feels especially comfortable. The Sontoku is a little shallow but still more than serviceable.

Beautiful knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our knives were falling apart so we needed new ones. We have had a Henckel sharpener for more than 20 years, so I knew they were a quality product. When I first used the knives, I was amazed at how great they felt - so balanced - and how easily they cut. I wish I had bought this set years ago.
