[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these knives over the holidays, and the edges remain sharp. From paring to chopping to carving, the knives' performance is exceptional. The heft and ergonomics of the handles suit me well. Quality tools like this add a level of ease and pleasure to work in the kitchen!
