I can really feel the difference in this fully forged knife set. It seems like they will last, and this might be the last set I have to purchase. They are sharp and strong.

Timeless quality

Growing up my father had these knives, specifically made in Germany. So as a gift he got them for me. I always knew they were high quality, as he still has the same beautiful knives for the past 30 years.

A knife set to last a lifetime

I bought a starter set of 4 knives and a block in 1978 when I bought my first home. All of the original set is still in use, still sharp, but without their logos. Over the years, I have filled out the block with an additional 6 knives. The latest purchase was a 5.5 inch prep knife, which was the perfect "last knife" addition. I highly recommend this knife series, well balanced, easy to handle, and a long lasting edge.
