[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knife set is very sharp, comfortable and surprisingly light. Cuts butternut squash with ease. Very pleased with the knives overall. The knife block could use a little more QC though. Surface was still rough Smith some splitters. Decided to sand it down and varnish it.
