Chef Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My brother gifted these to me for Christmas because he loved his set. Having been a sushi chef, I was skeptical. However, these knives deliver exceptionally well on balance, grip, and blade sharpness. I also appreciate that these can be sharpened on both sides. Thanks bro!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! The knife set is great! It does feel a little flimsy so I am going to continue to try it and see. It is the authentic and better one apparently and maybe I’m just used to cheaper knives but I am very excited to try it!
