Fantastic knife set

Super good knifes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these for myself, these are good knifes with good weight to them, in my opinion they’re not too heavy and well balanced. They’re also super sharp and in the past month I have been using them, they’ve stayed just as sharp as when I bought them. Yes they are a little pricy, but in my opinion they’re worth it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

good knives, but Chef's knife has a thinner blade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the 8-pc set, good knives, very sharp! This is my second set of Four Star knives. In comparing them to my original 21 year old set, the blade steel of the new 8" Chef's knife is approx 25% thinner that the old one. (about 1/8" on the old vs. 3/32" on the new). I prefer the older knife for chopping due to the weight and balance, but the new Chef's knife works excellent for slicing. The new paring knife and prep knife appear to be the same as my older set.
I would recommend this to a friend!
