I just bought this set because I needed a “real” Set of knives. This is an awesome set! I’ve used it several times to cut vegetables, meat and fruit. Love it ❤️ plus it’s dishwasher safe!

I'm not a professional chef. I've never used professional knives and couldn't even imagine the difference between average consumer knives and professional knives. When I sliced a carrots for my first time and the knife moved through them like butter, I almost cried. It was effortless. Everything is smooth like butter. Good department store knives are not so good. Now I know. This was a leap in price but worth every cent. I don't know how I managed my home kitchen for 30 years.
