Knives are sharp and able to cut through everything very easily and with precision. I wish the handles were a bit heavier, but that’s mostly just preference.

My husband bought ne this knife set as a gift. This is the 1st quality knife set I've owned or used. I absolutely love them. Until now I didn't realize the difference between a quality knife and a cheaper one. Awesome product!

I was helping a friend in her kitchen recently and picked up her Heckels Zwilling knife to slice a loaf of bread. My first thought was, “Now, that's a great knife!” I was so impressed with it that I ordered a set of the Four Star for myself when I got home. These are incredibly well-made and have a finely honed edge. They fit my hands perfectly!
