Knives are sharp, well weighted, and feel well made. Lack of full tine is a shame but for the price these seem great.p

Have had my roll of Henckels 5 star for about 50 years, bought when I was at Cornell Hotel School for a summer job at the Boulders Inn, in New Preston CT. I bought a set for my mom soon after, and she used them on a Chinese cooking show in NJ. When I did long distance yacht racing, like Newport-Bermuda, Port Huron-Mackinac, Chicago-Mackinac, and the Newport Ensenada Race, I'd bring a few knives too. I still use them daily for home cooking, maintain them myself, and only sent out for professional sharpening maybe 5-6 times in 50 years. I have about 15 Henckels knives now and 1/2 as many Wusthof. No quibble on warranty replacement twice.
