[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received as a gift from my daughter who shipped directly from a retailer. Unfortunately the item had already been opened and was missing a piece. I emailed Zwilling and you replaced missing piece, outstanding customer service! ThankYou! I just cut up some fruit for the first time use and was very impressed how smooth and clean the cut was.
